TruHearing Discount Program*
The TruHearing Discount Program offers you discounts on digital hearing aids, a hearing screening, hearing instrument fitting and related services through TruHearing network of contracted providers.
This program is available to you, your spouse, children, parents and grandparents, even if they are not covered under your HealthSelect coverage. Please note that the ID card holder must accompany the family member to the TruHearing provider and present their health ID card for the discount to apply.

How to Use the Program
With your HealthSelect ID card handy, call TruHearing Customer Service at (800) 687-4796. A TruHearing representative will locate a provider in your area and assist you with scheduling your appointment.
Discounts for the products and/or services are received at the time of service.
To File a Claim
HealthSelect provides coverage for hearing aids at $500 per ear, every 36 months.
When you buy your hearing aids, be sure to get a receipt so you can submit it to BCBSTX along with a completed claim form.
