Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) offers an online community resource where members can search for local community assistance with things such as rent, utilities and food. Members can also use the platform to apply for assistance to any community-based programs or resources available on the site.
All eligible members can complete a self-referral to any community resource available on the platform.
