How Do I Get Started?
Apply Online: You can apply online through Your Texas Benefits. Log in to your existing account or set up a new one.
Apply By Phone: Call 2-1-1, a toll free number from Your Texas Benefits, to learn more about applying for STAR benefits. You can call Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.
