With UT CONNECT, members have access to a comprehensive range of adult and pediatric care. The network includes:

Please keep in mind, there is no coverage for out-of-network care, except for true emergencies and other special situations.

Provider Finder® 

With Provider Finder you can search for doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers, and other health care providers in the network. You can also research providers using patient reviews and quality, certification and recognition information.

1,500+ Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) Available 

UT CONNECT requires you and each member of your family to have a PCP. Search Provider Finder for physicians participating in the network, which includes pediatricians. These are a few considerations:

  • If you're already seeing a PCP in the network, you will not need to change doctors. This also applies to PCPs your children and/or spouse may be seeing.
  • You can change PCPs during the year, as often as once a month.
  • Because the list of PCPs available is still growing, a doctor may be in the network but not appear on the list.  If you think the name of a doctor should be on the list, contact customer service at 1-888-372-3398.  Customer service will be able to confirm if a PCP is in the network, as well as give you tips on finding one.

24/7 Access to Care for Emergency and Urgent Needs 

Each of the hospitals in the network is available for emergency care. Also, for true-emergencies, out-of-network care is covered.

There are more than 140 urgent care centers available. They are located throughout North Texas, for both adult and pediatric needs.
