Whether you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, you should prepare as much as you can. We are here to help you with the following resources:

• Ovia Health™ apps feature health trackers and provide videos, tips, coaching and more. Download the Ovia Fertility, Ovia Pregnancy and/or Ovia Parenting apps. During sign-up, make sure to choose “I have Ovia Health as a benefit.” Then select BCBSTX as your health plan and enter your group name (optional).
• High risk pregnancy support - If your pregnancy is high-risk, BCBSTX will provide support from maternity specialists to help you care for yourself and your baby. We may also proactively and confidentially reach out to you if you are a high-risk member, inviting you to participate in the program.
