To be eligible for Omada, you must be:

  • Enrolled in a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas medical plan
  • At risk for Type 2 diabetes or heart disease

  • Tools to motivate you — You'll receive a digital scale and a pedometer to track your progress, and see what is (and isn't) working for you.
  • Weekly lessons — You'll learn clear rules for better eating, fitness, sleep, and stress management that will have an immediate impact on the choices you make.
  • Supportive peer group — You'll gain the support of a small group of participants just like you for encouragement and empathy at each step.
