Every TRS-Care Standard plan covers outpatient mental health services such as therapy appointments and inpatient services like hospitalization.
Use the chart below to see your plan’s copays, coinsurance, and other important information. Certain services require preauthorization. Refer to your Benefits Booklet and look for the Prior authorization Requirements section for details.

You can also receive confidential TRS Virtual Health mental health care through Teladoc®. Choose to see a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker or therapist and establish an ongoing relationship. Appointments must be scheduled online or through the Teladoc app.
