Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) experienced an internal system issue which affected the routing of some claim files received from April 23 through May 7, 2012. All affected claims have been recovered and are being processed.

Your Payer Response Reports are now available. Access your claim status via Availity®’ , eCare® Online  and/or your clearinghouse or practice management vendor.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please do not resubmit these claims. No further action is necessary.
