All providers can now access their Prior Authorization (PA) Exemption Notifications in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas branded payer spaces in Availity®. If there is not a letter available on Availity then the provider did not meet the minimum necessary PA's to be reviewed.
If you submitted a request by 9/14/22 to have your notification sent by Email or postal mail, they were also sent.
