Inadvertent Truncation of NPI

We encountered a problem with the Provider Claim Summaries (PCS) and Electronic Payment Summaries (EPS) that were created on 4/16/10. The 10-digit NPI number was truncated and only the first two digits of the NPI number are displayed on the PCS/EPS. The PCS files and EPS files will be recreated. Once the files have been corrected, they will be available upon request.
