Created with your needs in mind, the Blue Points program offers many convenient, user-friendly, personalized and flexible features.

Earn points by:

completing a Health Assessment,

completing self-management programs about a variety of healthy living topics,

participating in the Fitness Program,

using trackers to measure your fitness activities, eating habits, and more, and

synching and using your fitness device or app.

You can start using your points instantly as soon as you earn them.

Redeem your points:

Redeeming your Blue Points is easy through an online rewards store. You can redeem points for a wide variety of items including fitness gear, wearables, electronics and camping equipment. You can earn an unlimited number of Blue Points, but you can only redeem up to 17,325 points each calendar year. Points roll over from year to year and don’t expire.

Buy more points:

If you don’t have enough points for the item you want, you can apply the points you have and use a credit card to pay the remaining balance.

Manage your points:

The interactive Well onTarget portal makes it easy for you to track your points. You can see the total number of points you’ve earned, how you earned your points and what other activities might earn you more points.
