Finding In-Network Care

Our priority is our members, so if the CommonSpirit Health facilities leave our networks, our members will still have access to several in-network hospitals and health care facilities throughout the areas served by CommonSpirit.

Members have several ways to find in-network care:

Care for Ongoing Conditions

Members being treated for a disability, acute condition, life-threatening illness, or who are past the second trimester of pregnancy (or as set forth in their health plan), may have a "continuity of care" benefit. This means that they may still be able to get care at a CommonSpirit Health facility at the in-network level of benefits even after they leave our networks.

Benefits for continuity of care are applied based on benefit plans. To find out if they are eligible, members can call the number on their ID card for more information.
