These new plans will provide you with benefit coverage on which Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas will share in the cost of your health care with no deductible to meet.

PPO Select Value Care offers you several health care coverage options that help you control the monthly cost of your insurance protection, as well as your choice of health care providers from the Blue Choice network.

PPO Select Value Care is flexible enough to meet your individual needs, family situation, and your budget. Premiums are based on plan option, age, sex, geographic location and number of family members to be covered. The higher coinsurance maximum level you choose, the lower our premiums can be! Initial rates are guaranteed for six months except for entry into a new premium age bracket due to a birthday or a change in residence that results in a different rate.
