Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any age restrictions?

Individual health insurance coverage is available to an applicant and spouse up to 64 years of age. Unmarried dependent children (ages 0 through 24) can be added to the applicant's policy.

For requests for children only coverage, each child will be rated independently of one another. Applications for such coverage for children must be submitted by the parent or guardian of each such child. Dependents may be added to a minor's application only when the dependent of the minor is a natural born child of the minor applicant.

If you are age 65 or older, learn more about our Medicare Products.
