Preventive Care
BlueEdgeSM Individual HSA emphasizes preventive care with coverage for routine physicals, immunizations and diagnostic tests. When you use network providers for your medical care, office visits and certain office setting services are generally covered at 90% (for Plans I thru III), 75% (for Plans IV thru VI) and 100% (for Plan VII) of the allowable amount, subject to deductible. Some services, such as immunizations for children through age 7, are covered at 100%.
