Learn more about the upgrades to this automated preauthorization* tool. iEXCHANGE is a Web-based application that can be used to submit transaction requests for inpatient admissions and extensions, treatment searches, provider / member searches, referral authorizations and now select outpatient services and extensions. Courses are offered by function type and will cover the changes to the application as a result of this upgrade.
