Provider Access and Servicing Strategy (PASS) staff at BCBSTX may be available to conduct complimentary training in your area or office. This training usually occurs on-line to offer you and your staff the convenience of learning in your own office. You may request training by completing the fields below.

Office Personnel that work in administration, claims, benefits and eligibility will benefit from PASS training.

Upon receipt, a member of the PASS group will contact you to share educational opportunities scheduled in your area or make arrangements for dedicated training in your office (availability permitting).
