Getting Started with iExchange®
Welcome to iExchange! Below you will find the instructions on how to get set-up for the iExchange Web application.
- To access iExchange you will need a User ID, password and an iExchange ID.
- To get set-up with an initial administrator account for iExchange Web, click on the following link to the iExchange Web User Set-Up Questionnaire Form to complete and submit now. Your office administrator will be assigned an iExchange ID, User ID and a password.
- To reset your password, click on the following link iExchange Web Password Reset Form to complete and submit now.
Note: If you are a new employee in an office that already uses iExchange, contact your office administrator for a User ID and password.
Once the Texas iExchange Support Desk receives your completed form, your office administrator will receive an email confirmation advising them of their iExchange ID, User ID and temporary password. The iExchange ID will always remain the same for all users in your office. The user name and password are for individual users that the office administrators set up in your office. The User ID that BCBSTX provides is for the office administrator in your office. The office administrator in your office sets up and maintains the individual accounts. Passwords need to be changed every 30 days.
If your iExchange password is forgotten or compromised, the iExchange office administrator in your office can reset the password of any staff member. If you are the office administrator and you need your account reset, please contact the Texas iExchange Support Desk at 800-746-4614.
Once you have received back your iExchange User ID, password and iExchange ID, you can access iExchange.
