Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) is pleased to announce that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has awarded BCBSTX a contract to provide managed care services to the state’s Medicaid STAR and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). BCBSTX will serve eight counties in the Travis Service Area, including Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Travis, and Williamson.
BCBSTX is hosting Provider Training webinars. These webinars will give providers and their staff an orientation to BCBSTX STAR and CHIP programs and services.
