The Medicare Advantage amendment states the following, "Provider shall submit to BCBSTX or such other party designated by BCBSTX, in the form and within such timeframes as may be prescribed by BCBSTX, all data, including medical records data, required to be submitted in accordance with 42 C.F.R. 422.502(a)(8), 422.257, and 422.502(1)(3)."  Click here to obtain the detailed information.
