iEXCHANGE Web is the new system that has replaced the BlueLINK Online application. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BlueChoice^® & BlueChoice Solutions) and HMO Blue® Texas participating Physicians, Professional Providers and Facilities will be able to process Referrals and Inpatient Certifications through iEXCHANGE.

iEXCHANGE Web is a service for authorized Physicians, Professional Providers and Facilities only.

To view the iEXCHANGE Web Reference Guide, or for assistance in using the iEXCHANGE applications, visit the BCBSTX Provider Web site.

The iEXCHANGE Web link is now available; to access the iEXCHANGE Web application, you will need to login with your iEXCHANGE ID, User ID and Password.

Note: If you are a participating Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BlueChoice & BlueChoice Solutions) and HMO Blue Texas Physician, Professional Provider or Facility and you do not have an iEXCHANGE ID, User ID and a password for iEXCHANGE Web, sign up now.
