Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has updated the with minor revisions, as part of the Clinical Payment and Coding Policy (CPCP) annual review, CPCP032 Intraoperative Neurophysiology Monitoring (IONM) Coding and Reimbursement Policy, effective May 3, 2022 and posted it to the provider website.
