Missing Responses for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Claims submitted to Availity on October 8 – 10, 2007

On October 10, 2007, Availity discovered an issue with some BCBS of IL, OK, NM and TX claims that were filed between the dates of October 8th and October 10th. This resulted in those claims suspending in the processing cycle. There is no action necessary by Availity submitters. All claims have been resubmitted and you should begin to see your BCBS response reports post over the next couple of days.

If your report(s) is indicating a message related to NPI, please be advised that all messages regarding NPI are valid and should be addressed by the provider/submitter as soon as possible.
