The employer groups in the lists below include insured and self-funded health plans. These employer groups may have chosen the BlueChoice Solutions network as an optional network for their employees. For example, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, HEB, and Wal-Mart offer BlueChoice Solutions as an optional network for their employees. In addition, BlueChoice Solutions is being offered to individual policyholders.
