New Regulated Small Groups
(Groups with 2-50 Eligible Employees)
This brochure has been a great success in helping our producers prepare and submit the necessary enrollment information that will allow us to process groups with minimal delay due to missing/incomplete information.
We have updated this document to enhance understanding for producers by providing additional information in some of the following sections:
- In the Small Group Employer Application (SGEA) Section we have added additional explanation about the Small Group Employer Application and the Medicare Secondary Payer form.
- In the Employee Enrollment Application Section we have added additional explanation on completing sections and validating for consistency
- Also included in this version is an Expanded Special Circumstances Section that includes information on: Multiple Company Names; Two Enrolling Employees; Identify All Persons; and Staffing Companies
