This program allows your client to offer two PPO plan based coverage options at enrollment. This option allows for a combination of any two of the following plans:

BlueChoice® PPO, |
| |
BlueEdgeSM HSA, |
| |
BlueEdgeSM HCA, or |
| |
BlueEdgeSM Wellness Rewards HCA, |
| on either the BlueChoice® or BlueChoice® Solutions network. However, both products selected must be on the same network. |
The advantages of the Dual Option Product include:
- A choice of health care plan options for members;
- Health care coverage options that may lower the overall member cost for benefit expenses;
- BlueCard program which provides access to PPO provider discounts nationwide for PPO, HSA and HCA members.
