This program allows your clients to offer members three health coverage options at enrollment.  The parameters to offer a Triple Option Product are:

1. Employers can select up to three health plans. When triple option is selected, at least one plan must be selected from the following:
• BlueEdge^SM HSA plan
• BlueEdge^SM Wellness Rewards HCA
• S32, S33 or S34
2. The Triple Option Product can include one HMO plan; and
3. All non-HMO plans (PPO, BlueEdge HSA or BlueEdge Wellness Rewards HCA) must either be from the BlueChoice or BlueChoice Solutions network.
