Child-only Coverage

Select Blue Advantage Series III, a Preferred Provider Health Insurance Plan, also offers affordable, age-banded rates for child-only coverage. Other health insurance carriers may require that the client or their spouse purchase coverage to insure their children. But with Select Blue Advantage, premiums for child-only coverage are based on the age of the child(ren), not whether other coverage is purchased. One application per child is required. For a complete description of benefits, limitations, and exclusions, please refer to the Outline of Coverage.
