With seven (7) options, PPO Select Saver Series III is flexible enough to fit your clients' budget, which can help control the monthly premium and limit out-of-pocket health care costs.

Premiums are based on health insurance plan option, age, sex, geographic location, tobacco use, number of family members to be covered and evaluation of health risk. Higher deductible choices can mean lower premiums. Initial rates are guaranteed for six months except for entry into a premium age bracket due to a birthday or a change in residence that results in a different rate.
