HMO Blue^® Texas is a health maintenance organization product offered to employer groups of 2 or more throughout the state.

The HMO Blue Texas network includes 285 hospitals and almost 24,000 physicians statewide. Members must designate a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to coordinate all services, including specialist referrals and other precertifications.
