HealthSelect is your plan and you need to find a pharmacy. |

How to Notify BCBSTX of Your PCP Choice
If you are an in-area participant (you live in Texas), you and each of your covered family members should choose a PCP from the HealthSelect network. Once you have made your choice, inform BCBSTX.
You can do so in one of three ways:
- Log in to your Blue Access for Members account and "Live Chat" with Customer Service;
- Complete a Group Benefits Program (GBP) Supplemental Form; or
- Call BCBSTX Customer Service at (800) 252-8039.
If Medicare is your primary coverage, or if you are an out-of-area participant (you live outside Texas), you do not need to choose a PCP.
