What's new for Plan Year 2011?
There will be changes to what you pay for some benefits beginning September 1, 2010:
- $150 copay per day for inpatient hospital care;
- $3,000 coinsurance maximum;
- $100 copay for high-tech radiology services (CT scan, MRI, and nuclear medicine);
- Limited annual visits and lower benefit maximum for chiropractic care; and
- New way to save money with Urgent Care Clinic/Center benefit ($50 copay). Refer to the "Knowing Your Options" flyer for more information.
