Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) is the Third-Party Administrator of the HealthSelect medical benefit plan, offered to state of Texas and certain higher education employees, retirees, and their dependents. During Annual Enrollment, you can make changes to your coverage with the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program.
