As a HealthSelect participant, you will have access to wellness programs provided through Blue Care® Connection.
Wellness programs are an important part of Blue Care Connection and include mailings about key preventive screenings and disease specific immunizations based on your age, gender, or identified gap in care.
A few of these reminders include birthday cards to women 40 and over and men 50 and over to help remind you to take good care of yourself, eat healthy food and get the tests that are recommended for your age.
Another wellness resource available to you and your family is our online tool - The Personal Health Manager. The Personal Health Manager gives you the capability to manage the health of your family and earn rewards for healthy activity through BluePoints!
