When using the Davis Vision Discount Program, you should continue to follow network guidelines for your annual routine eye exam by using a HealthSelect network optometrist or ophthalmologist. However, the Davis Vision program can be used when purchasing frames, lenses and contacts.
You can receive discounts on most vision products and services, including frames, lenses and contacts by simply presenting your BCBSTX ID card to a Davis Vision Provider. When you present your ID card to a Davis Vision Provider, mention that you are using the “BCBSTX Plan #400.” This alerts the Davis Vision provider that you should receive a discount.
