In addition to the BlueChoice network providers and facilities available to you, you have access to ParPlan providers. These providers have agreed to accept an allowed charge, or discounted price for their services. However, they do not hold any plan specific contracts, so non-network benefits will apply. To find a ParPlan physician, click "Launch the ParPlan Provider" button below. To access a list of ParPlan hospitals, durable medical equipment (DME) suppliers, labs, dialysis centers, and other providers, visit the ParPlan Facilities and Ancillary Providers section.
You can send your provider search information directly to your cell phone using the "Send to My Phone" link. You'll receive a text message with the details of the provider you chose.
As a HealthSelect participant, you have the option of using BCBSTX contracting Retail Health Clinics for medical services. A Retail Health Clinic is a health care clinic in a retail setting that provides services of a routine nature rendered by appropriate licensed medical staff, which may include Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants, and/or Physicians.
