Coinsurance & Deductible Amounts
Your HealthSelect benefits are determined on a calendar year (January 1 - December 31). This means that on January 1, you will be responsible for any applicable deductible or coinsurance amounts. No deductible or coinsurance amounts are carried over from the previous calendar year.
When you use network benefits, you do not have a medical deductible to meet.
Please note that your Prescription Drug Deductible is determined on a Plan Year (September 1 - August 31).
