How do I select a Primary Care Physician (PCP)?
PCP changes can be completed in one of three ways:
- Log in to your Blue Access for Members account and "Live Chat" with Customer Service;
- Complete a Group Benefits Program (GBP) Supplemental Form; or
- Call BCBSTX Customer Service at (800) 252-8039.
You will need to include the physician name, provider number and address, which is located in the online directory. Your selection is effective the day you call or the date you sign your form.
How do I get a replacement ID card or request additional cards?
Log in to Blue Access for Members where you have the option to print a temporary ID card and request a replacement card. Or, call BCBSTX Customer Service at (800) 252-8039.
