Health Risk Assessment Enhancements

  • The ability to complete an assessment several times throughout the year.
  • More individualized reports along with recommendations and next steps to improving your health.

You and your employees can access the Personal Health Manager and complete a Health Risk Assessment by logging in to Blue Access for Members.
