Information is for HealthSelect participants who are working, regardless of age, or retired and not yet 65. If you are 65 or over and no longer working, please refer to the Summer Enrollment Guide for Retirees 65 and Over.
As an employee or retiree under age 65, HealthSelect offers you and your covered dependents:
