Retail Health Clinics are health care clinics located in a retail setting, such as a supermarket or pharmacy, which provide treatment of common illnesses and routine preventive health care services.
You and your covered dependents can seek care in a network Retail Health Clinic for a $20 copayment without a referral from your PCP. If you or your covered dependent seek care at a non-network Retail Health Clinic, non-network benefits will apply. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has contracting Retail Health Clinics in the major metropolitan areas and is adding new clinics to the network throughout the year.
