Blue Access for Members
As a HealthSelect participant with Internet access, you have access to Blue Access® for Members.
Blue Access for Members is your gateway to online tools and educational resources that give you the capability to:
- Check the status of your claims and claims history
- Confirm who in your family is included in your coverage
- View and print an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for a claim
- Select the option to receive email notification of EOBs - rather than mail
- Request a new or replacement HealthSelect medical ID card and print a temporary HealthSelect medical ID card
- Use the Hospital Comparison Tool or Treatment Cost Advisor
- Review your out-of-pocket summary details
- Email or chat with BCBSTX Customer Service
- Access the Personal Health Manager
If you are a current HealthSelect participant, log in to Blue Access for Members today and take advantage of these valuable tools.
If you do not have a User Name and Password, get started by following these three easy steps:
- With your group and subscriber identification number ready, (these can be found on your HealthSelect medical ID card), go to Blue Access for Members.
- Click on the button for "New User? Register Now"
- Create a User Name and Password. Once the User Name and Password are created, you will have secure access to your personal information.
If you are a future HealthSelect participant, you will have access to Blue Access for Members once your coverage goes into effect.
