Are there fees for using Online Bill Payment?

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers Online Bill Payment free of charge to our premium billed groups and ASO groups that submit one weekly payment.
  • Your bank may charge a small fee - usually less than 10 cents per payment. Check with your bank if you are not sure. Be sure to tell them you are going to make an ”ACH payment” (not a wire transfer).
  • Remember that you will save postage and processing time on each payment you make online.
I like to work with a paper copy of my bill and I need paper copies for my records. Can I still use online bill payment?
Absolutely! You can always print copies of your bill and other documentation on Blue Access for Employers.
