If you can't find your doctor in the Provider Finder, please contact us by calling the phone number on the back of your member ID card.
Am I covered if I am away from home or outside the United States?
As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas member, you and your dependents may be covered for care you receive while away from home or outside the United States. Most plans have requirements for notifying your doctor and/or Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas for emergency and non-emergency treatment.
