Jul. 23, 2014

This message applies to you if you enrolled for coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

If you have a health plan through the Marketplace  the federal government may ask you to send them more information. If this applies to you, you will get a letter from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services asking for proof of citizenship or income information. Please be sure to reply to the request within 30 days, or by the date noted in your letter. If you do not reply on time, you could lose your health coverage or tax credit.
