BCBSTX Small Business Service Center Is On The Move!
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) has begun the move to our new headquarters located at 1001 E. Lookout Drive in Richardson, Texas.
The Small Business Service Center (SBSC) currently located at 1201 E. Campbell Road, will move on Wednesday, January 20. The SBSC processes all paperwork necessary to enroll groups in the 2-50 small employer market.
To avoid processing delays:
- If you plan to send mail that will arrive before January 20, use the Campbell Road address.
- If you plan to send mail that will arrive on or after January 20, please use this address:
