Privacy/Regulatory Office

The Regulatory Oversight Office (RO) was established to oversee HCSC’s compliance with federal and state regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Consumer Notification and other regulations as they are implemented. The RO's main responsibilities are to provide oversight, monitoring and guidance relating to HCSC’s compliance with corporate regulatory/privacy policies and procedures. Types of positions include: Regulatory Office Admin, Regulatory Oversight Analyst, and Regulatory Office Management.
