Provider Network Management

Provider Network Management plays a vital role supporting the vision and mission of our company. Positive relationships with the provider community and competitive provider reimbursement arrangements are paramount to the success of HCSC. Network Management includes the Professional Provider Network, the Facility Provider Network, and Provider Administration. The Professional and the Facility Provider Network are both accountable to develop and negotiate provider contracts, establish and strengthen physician, hospital, and ancillary provider relationships, and coordinate education for all of the health care providers in our networks. Provider Administration is accountable for credentialing all providers, as well as input and maintenance of all provider information. Types of positions within Provider Network Management include: Physician, Hospital, and Ancillary Provider Representatives, Credentialing Representatives, and Provider Administration Representatives.
