Richardson, Texas, May 6, 2005 -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has received national recognition for its commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas is a division of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), which placed 17th in a national study conducted by DiversityInc. In addition, HCSC was named to two Top 10 Lists by DiversityInc, being rated as the fourth best company for Latinos and the seventh best for African-Americans.
